The managing members of JEJK Management, Inc. have been directly owning and managing apartments for over three decades. JEJK Management, Inc. directly manages all 121 units at Seaside Villas Apartments, a unique waterfront property with key on-site personnel who are directly employed. Accordingly, JEJK Management, Inc. was formed, and is wholly owned by the owners of Seaside Villas Apartments.
